On a Text or Paragraph answer, each feature weight can list Feature-trigger keywords, separated by commas. The weight only applies when the person’s response contains one of them. Matching ignores capital letters and also matches inside longer words.
Example: feature Spicy +8 with keywords “spicy, hot, chili”.

Typed responses are never included in analytics.
