Switch the editor to Results. The bar at the bottom offers Add result, Choose existing (from your Results library) and Quick add from other quizzes, plus Import and Export or share.
A result has a Result title, a Result description, an optional image, a Hyperlink (for example a product page) and an optional location.
Give each result its Result features so answers can find it. A result with no features can only appear through direct result links, or tie at the bottom.
